Simple cleaning cloth (The ones you can find for cleaning sunglasses) - Simply to wipe off the ear pad after you have cleaned it with the Clorox wipe.

I am having an issue where noise from the speakers is bleeding into the mic. Will the "noise isolation" keep sound from reaching the mic?

as long as the ear muffs are isolated and tight to your head you shouldnt have any noise bleed. However if you wear glasses it will always open up a little bit of the ear muff. Hope this helps ya.
