I have an issue with sore ankle and have tried a number of different elasticated supports. This support was recommended to me by a friend and really has solved the problem. It is easy to fit, comfortable to wear, easy to put on with shoes or trainers and provides all the support thats need to keep the ankle secure. I could not recommend it more.

Bought this (left and right foot) for playing basketball. After having sustained an injury (twisted my foot rather than usual ankle) and fully recovered from it I did not want to chance it. My friends had suggested the laceup-type brace but after reading reviews I decided to get this one instead. I wear this for every game and movement is not impaired (you forget you are wearing them) whilst giving a reassuring support and allowing to throw myself into the game without the fear of twisting ankle whilst playing. I recommend this for basketball, but I am not sure it would be good for running long distances due to the support type it affords.

Had a motorcycle accident a few years ago which left me with a weak ankle which i was always paranoid about buckling when i was walking.The ankle brace is just what i hoped for, gives me that bit of extra confidence. I wear it while at work and find that it fits inside some shoes/trainers just fine.My foot has a tendancy to swell during the day due to my previous injuries however the brace does not become uncomfortable at all.Its given me a new lease of life, im able to use my cross trainer with it and hopefully it will be the start of my rehabilitation :D

Recommended I buy this by a physio. I bought large as am female with size 8 feet and I wear it all day at work as am on my feet all day. Comfortable enough to wear without socks. Probably would have been better buying the medium size as does seem to rely on the strap to create most of the tension as opposed to the splints which don't come close to my ankle until strapped.

Unfortunately this brace was too big, so had to return it. The advert also said it could be worn on either side, but it was labeled for the left side.

Expensive and low quality, you are basically buying a brand. Much better off buying a different one.My consultant recommend this one after surgery, only after I said I didn’t like it he said any of the others would have been fine. Wish I had gone with a cheaper better quality brace.

Wouldn't play football/ off-road running without it. Gives me the confidence I need to keep doing these things despite breaking my ankle 3 times. Provides excellent protection for the ankle and you really do feel like it is well-supported.It is a rather pricey brace, but I would say it's definitely worth the money. I can carry-on making risky tackles and jumping for headers without worrying if I'm going to get my ankle in a fankle!
