A: You can do it either way, my son just uses with his controller.

**Q: Ive just bought my partner a xbox series x for his brithday, are these head sets good he likes it loud and wana know if these will do it?**
A: Bought these for 10 year old grandson to use on PS5 and he says they are brilliant as for ‘killer’ sound I can’t help sorry however I would always take into account you get what you pay for and these are good solid headphones but if you want improved sound you may need to search a bit more - only an opinion.

Really good headset for the money The sound in awsome and when at full volume you can not hear it from outside of the headset. The mic is really good. They are amazingly comfy. They work of xbox series x very well. The only down side is u cant have the lights on but with the use of an addaper u can and dor a small power bank. Would recommend
