Use for Fever Too, App Subscription Avail for Fee
This digital basal thermometer functions as both a regular fever-measuring and BBT ovulation tracker. It runs on one disc battery (included). Detailed, helpful battery installation and operation instructions are included in the box.The thermometer registers temperature orally after you turn it on and wait 30 seconds (approx) for your temperature to register. To use it for tracking fertility cycles and ovulation, you need to download the Femometer app to your cell phone. The daily temperature check data then uploads via Bluetooth from the thermometer to the app. When upload is complete, you can view your BBT chart in the app.**I noted that the instructions said that to access advanced data features (i.e., shared between patient and doctor) in the app that you can pay a subscription fee. The basic temperature measuring and mapping are included free of charge in the app. This is the first basal thermometer I've had so I can't say how it compares to others. It seems to have all the features needed for tracking:--The temperature display on the thermometer is easy to read. It's numeric and numbers are large.--To ensure you take your temperature at the same time each day, set the alarm and the thermometer emits a soft alarm sound for you.--A different series of beeps cues you to everything from "turned on" to "temperature ready for reading, and all the steps in between.--There is a "LO" device reading that is intended to let you know that the air (ambient) temperature is too low for the thermometer to work. The range is -4 degrees F - 131-degrees F so it is unlikely that you'll see this alert.I recommend this unit, with the caveat that I don't have experience comparing it to other basal thermometers.

Terrible product
I can't believe how terrible the battery life is on this thermometer! I have to change the battery every week! I have no idea how it's dying so fast when it's used for only five minutes in the morning and then shut off for the whole rest of the day!! Would like a refund for this causes obviously the one I got is defective

Aid To Ovulation Prediction Thermometer
The media could not be loaded. This thermometer is very nice and easy to use, you only need to install the battery and download the app. Just answer a few questions and you’re on your way. Once you take your temp you just open the app and the data transfers from the thermometer to your phone automatically through Bluetooth. The attached pics are screen shots from the app. which is super easy and helpful in keeping track.I feel confident using this thermometer and I am excited to be using it.

Decent thermometer
I like the ease of use, the reminder capability, and the app that automatically uploads data when connected via Bluetooth. I don’t like that it can take up to a minute to read temperature even in “fast” mode. Overall good thermometer for what I need.

Cool easy to use basal thermometer with option to use app
This basal thermometer is super easy to use. I love that you can pair it with the app. I would recommend. On the app I love that you can set the alarm so that you can remember to check your temp in the morning when you wake up. You can also change the volume of the beeping which is perfect. The app will generate a chart for you using your measured data and analyze them to find your fertile window & ovulation you just have to take your temp everyday.

Sometimes, trying to conceive a child is a hard thing to do. Maybe, this will help.
Take your temperature and use the app to calculate when you are most likely to be able to get pregnant. It is science, and it is much more likely to work than if you consulted an oracle or sacrificed a goat. The basal thermometer is accurate and easy to use. 5 stars.
