A: Make sure your computer's port supports the PD3.0 charging protocol Make sure the charger supports PD3.0 charging protocol(20V5A 100W power recommended)

**Q: The HDMI interface is not displaying.**

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More ports , Much cheaper and Much better

Better than others , with more ports and less than half the cost. I purchased a couple of different types of adapters previous to purchasing this one . Both of them cost at least $25 more from Best Buy and had just 2 ports. One of them didn’t even work. This one has 6 ports and works perfectly including charging the laptop. The cost is so much less and the item is so much better I may never shop at another store.
