This product really helps to get to sleep and since it is homeopathic, it does not have the chemical issues lots of other products have. It is also hard to find in most retail stores so I am happy to be able to get it on Amazon.

My doctor recommended I try this out since i've been having some trouble sleeping and some generalized anxiety. I wasn't sure it would really help but I have had a much easier time going to sleep at night, and the other day when I felt more jittery than normal - I took a couple and was able to feel calmer quickly. They don't have much of a taste, and it's pretty straight forward for usage. Overall I'm pretty happy with this and would recommend it if you're having trouble sleeping or just intermittent anxiety symptoms.

I am so glad I found this! I am an almost "all natural" person when it comes to meds and stuff and have been struggling with sleep. Nothing has helped so I tried this. It helps so much, so yes, buy it amd try it yourself!

Love this product. Been using it since the early 90s. No druggy feeling. No spacey feeling. Just works.

Not as effective as I was expecting, but still worth a try if you are looking to get away from regular dosing of melatonin >5mg/night.
