Low price and good quality

This one is better among the other idli makers. Now the vessel itself isn't super thick but still is better than the rest of the lot. The only complaint is that 5 mins into the idli making process the lid is easily loosened by the pressure built up from within. If you're not watchful, it would let the steam out and probably won't be effective for the idlis.

The media could not be loaded.  Got a defective product, need to change or money return.I purchased an idli maker of your company from Amazon on 20/10/22 which had a manufacturing defect. The date for return is over as it was gifted to my relative and they opened it and returned me yesterday now what can be done about this? I want to get a fresh one in exchange, or money return.please see to the matter and do the needful.

Handle got broke after1 month of useage, lid won't stay tightly closed as I'm using it on induction it doesn't worries much. Altogether the product quality (steel) is not upto the mark can give only 2 star. The idili stand is of average compared to the steel container is better . As per the quality the product can only be priced to Rs 500 range it's highly overpriced
