Cut cleanly, larger drill bits ie: 13mm will start an asymmetrical cut. These with the pilot tip cut a perfect circle with accuracy. Easily cuts mild and stainless steel. Maybe overkill for soft wood, yet you’ll not regret the experience of finding drill bits that function as these do, saving time. They are a joy to use. Over the years occasionally, I’ve needed to fabricate steel outside on the job, drilling steel with a hand drill rather than a pillar drill. I even find these a joy to use on metal with a hand held drill, cutting cleanly with only a small amount of pressure.

Dad and brother bought some makita drill bits for £30. They said I was mad when I spent £70 on these but I came out on top. Every size imaginable and go through anything straight away. While my dad and brother struggle with theirs, I’m flying down without a drop of sweat in sight. The case is rigid and holds all the drill bits nicely. Make sure to keep the box upright though as some drill bits can fall out their designated hole. The makita box has a flimsy plastic cover on the front that has comes off both of their cases. Little tip for those who keep reading - if your drill bit goes wonky/ bent. Drill it into some wood a few times and it’ll straighten right out. Don’t think I’ll be replacing these anytime soon

As a man who has built a variety of machinery including in stainless over many decades these are way better than anything else I have ever used. Where a typical drill can go upto 6mm in stainless before anything bigger just gives up these ALL go right through. Highly recommended.

very tough bits, drilled out a brass padlock key slot with out any trouble at all. The xterm bit probably best around.very tough indeed, that includes the masonry bits too, nothing stops de Walt bit

set di punte eccezionali set ben fornito 29 punte ......... però il prezzo è un pò la nota dolente ma le punte sono veramente funzionali, tagliano tengono il filo e il materiale è veramente di buona qualità come ho scritto nel titolo il marchio si paga altre punte di altre marche più economiche forse non tengono il filo e non sono robuste come queste (premetto che ho queste già da un pò di tempo e meno che qualche punta più piccola non se n'è mai rotta una dalla 3 in poi tutte molto robuste le altre essendo più fini è più facile che succeda che si rompano ma ho sempre ricomprato punte dewalt quindi non posso fare un vero e proprio paragone con altre punte di altre marche )

Auf meiner Suche nach meinem ersten ordentlichen Bohrersatz bin ich glücklicherweise auch auf diese hier gestoßen. Da die Bohrer doch so einiges anders machen, habe ich direkt bestellt. Und alle Überlegungen machen sich auch tatsächlich positiv bemerkbar - Zentrierspitze zum anbohren - Hauptschneiden extrem scharf und perfekt zentriert - kein Hochziehen des Werkstücks beim Durchbohren durch den flachen Winkel der Hauptschneide - sehr sauberes und maßhaltiges Bohrergebnis - deutlich stabiler durch konischen Bohrerkern - kein Durchdrehen der größeren Bohrer durch drei gefräste Flächen am Schaft für Dreibackenfutter Einziger konzeptbedingter Nachteil ist, das kaum bis schlecht ein nachträgliches Aufbohren mit den abgesetzten Bohrerspitzen möglich ist... ist aber auch selten nötig, da durch die genannten Vorteile direkt mit dem großen Bohrer gebohrt werden kann (lediglich beim "Pfuschen" relevant, wenn dann nachträglich doch ein größeres Loch benötigt wird).

I förhållande pris och kvalité har inte jag hittat något bättre. Som med alla borr måste man ta hand om dom, rätt varvtal på borrmaskinen och lite smörolja när det behövs. Skär snabbt och med fina snitt. Väldigt nöjd.
