This thing won’t stay charged.
I should have returned it right when I opened the box. You can tell it was a returned or “refurbished” item by the lack of manual and packaging. I can deal without the manual but ever since I got it, it won’t stay charged. Even when I have it snug into the charging station for a week, no power. I can’t get ahold of anyone to get it returned. I’m so upset I spent my money on a broken product.
