Great clock with time, day, date, indoor and outdoor temps, all at one glance. Sure help me know how to dress for the day! Good size, bright so easy to see so much better than battery powered, priced to sell. Would make a good gift!

I have used this clock for over a year. The nightlight serves to illuminate both its displayed time, date, and temperatures (interior and exterior). If I were to suggest an addition feature, it would be a dimmer in response to ambient light. It is a very good clock and I gave one to my brother-in-law for his home.

Great clock but no seconds so you can't use it to set your watch to the atomic clock. Nor can you use it to time anything.

Today is not 31 Jul, it’s 17 Dec. Also so it’s 1405m not 0802. This is the second time this has happened. I purchased this in Sep so it is showing a date on which I didn’t even own the clock. When it keeps time, it’s fine. When it gets a corrupted signal or (not a strong one?) It decides hallucinates the time. It is easy to read, the backlight is adjustable even to off. The setup is not straightforward. The temp is about the only thing that works.

Bought to replace a Sharp unit from about 12 years ago. the outdoor temp transmitter died so I bought this unit to replace it. I purchased one unit and the indoor temp was 5 degrees too high when wall mounted. I asked for a replacement and it was also inaccurate. I pulled the first unit off the wall when I got the replacement, and hung the new unit. I set the first unit on the table below the wall hung unit. After several hours, the first unit was showing the correct indoor temp and the replacement was 5 degrees too high. I thought I had mixed them up, so I swapped them (several times). Whichever unit was on the wall read 5 degrees too high and the table unit read fine. It seems the wall mounting restricts the air flow in the vents and prevents accurate reading. Both units had the power supply attached, and the backlight was on for both. The wall unit was always reading too high. BTW, I did the wall mount on both exterior and interior walls, so it isn't just because of a hot exterior wall. (Texas right now is mucho hot... 113+ degrees during the day.) If you are going to put on a desk or table, this unit should be fine, but if you want indoor temp to be right, the wall mount is not working in my house. One more thing... If you use the power supply, the backlight is on all the time, which is great, because my previous unit was battery only and had no backlight. Worked great in a lighted room but not readable in a dark room. However, the backlight lights up the room at night, more than a typical night light. Probably not a good choice for a bedroom.

I installed lithium ion AAA batteries in the sensor followed by lithium ion AA batteries in the clock itself. Luckily sensor and clock were pre-programmed both to channel 1 (There are 3 channel settings that you can use.). The clock was preset to DST and EST zone a right out of the box. All I had to do was install batteries and made sure the clock was positioned on a window sill to easily obtain radio signal. Voila! Worked perfectly- clock is backlit - switch on top to activate- needs to be plugged in with included adapter for always on backlight. Time day date indoor outdoor temp - just fantastic!! Pretty awesome! Super happy with this purchase. Positioned the sensor outside the window proximal to where I have the clock sitting on the nightstand .

The clock is very large. My father (91), has no trouble seeing the time. The other features are great as well. The ambient temperature in and out side of the house. The date as well. Dad is always asking what day it is. Thank you, Rickey Mason

First one wouldnt hold signal and maintain time. Ordered replacement. Replacement worked fine, every once in a while would lose time but regain signal and correct itself. Now, less than 1 year later it wont maintain local time, despite resetting time on it. It keeps switching time zones. Looks good, has good features, shame it doesnt want to work properly.
