Charges the Drill master battery fine
Can no longer find the Harbor Freight 18V battery charger for my impact tool since the original charger died. Tried two others and they would not charge the battery. This one finally did. It puts out about 24V DC.

I ordered this to charge 18-volt lithium batteries, but the output measures 14.7 volts.
