This waxed floor duster is really easy to use, very versatile and can get in every nook and cranny, especially under sofas and furniture. It is quiet too unlike the vacuum cleaner and no cord to get in the way. It leaves the hard floors with a subtle shine. Cleaning it is relatively straighforward as you just vacuum it off. I really recommend this for a quick and efficient way to clean hard floors. It is even better at collecting the dog hairs than the vacuum. Brilliant. I also have the hand held one which is equally versatile and efficacious.

The product is great. I originally found one of these in Costco and had been hunting for another. They are brilliant at picking up dust, pet hair etc on tiled, wood floors etc. and very easy to use (far better than a hoover in my opinion). Only gave 4 stars not 5 though as on this one the extension pole keeps sliding around, so you lose control of the direction you are pushing in making the task somewhat harder. Re-glued but come undone again. That said i will buy another as mop head does such a great job on hard floors.

This is very very simple to use and takes no electricity to run around the room!Just take it out every morning and run around the room to pick up any dust on your wooden floors, it took some hunting down to locate the Waxed duster as most stores wanted to sell me something that used electricity and I wanted some easy to use and would not take up loads of room to store. Ordered and well packaged arrived the next day.Good service and well pleased.

As my heading says, I like the product very much but am even more impressed by the customer services.I live in the Canary Islands and was pleased that this seller would deliver the Floor Duster to us, and for only a low postage and packing charge. I have tiled floors, two cats, and used the duster every single day. It works superbly and means that I don't have to use the vacuum cleaner - something that the cats hate and that (being disabled) I find difficult to use.As a side note - the Duster is very light and so easy for someone who has muscle weaknes to use.After about three and a half months of constant use, the handle snapped at the head, where it is a bit flexible. Hey ho! I thought - I'll need to buy another one.But I contacted the Seller first to ask if they sold replacement handles, telling them what had happened and saying that I didn't think that I had used undue force.The Seller emailed back via Amazon within two or three hours, telling me that they didn't sell handles separately, but would put one (free of charge) in the post that day.That was just before Christmas and it has arrived today.I really DO think that this is superb service!

Great mop that picks up all the dirt and dust withought scratching my newly sanded wooden floors. Easy to us and easy to store by shortening the handle. Also very easy to wash when it becomes grimy and it comes out looking like new

Received this yesterday. It does what it says but it arrived unprotected in only a plastic bag sellotaped to size, with no protection, via Royal Mail. Took it out of the plastic bag and discovered that the handle was bent which made it extremely difficult to extend and because it was bent, it remains too short. My wife is 5'6" and has to crouch like Quasimodo in order to dust the floors. As I said (or my wife says), it does dust where we need it to, in particular on our parquet floor under our sofas but for an item with (comparatively soft) metal broom handle, surely it is worth even cursory protection with bubble wrap.Because it is usable, we couldn't be bothered to return it but nevertheless, customers should expect and receive better protection for the goods they trust will arrive in perfect condition.

I do like this brush and it is easy to use but it's only problem is sometimes it does tend to flip up easily while using but I certainly would recommend does a proper job

Cleans dust and dirt from floor without getting out the vacuum. Recommend to wash regular because what it collects off the floor.
