I feel like these other reviews must be fake
I feel like these other reviews must be fake, or done by endorsers. As a paranoid mother of two I always try to head to the beach as prepared as possible. So, I decided to add this to a recent cart full of prime items (most of which I probably don't need). Well of course the inevitable happened. My 8 year old boy was stung. Of course he didn't happen to run into one while swimming. Instead, he was rolling himself down the beach and rolled right over a jellyfish that had washed up onto the shore. I figured this out later as I thought he was just pulling some sort of prank, but when he ran up to me with welts all over his stomach I quickly rummaged through my beach bag and pulled this stuff out. I rubbed it all over him to no avail. He kept screaming that it was making the sting worse. And why wouldn't it! After actually reading the product (which basically feels like a packet of free lotion from a hotel) its active ingredients are menthol (1%) and camphor! Take a minute to think about this: icy hot has 5% menthol in it! I would have been better off with icy hot! I wish I did my research and got something that's known to do some serious numbing! Maybe something with lidocaine, I don't know. All I know is that this stuff is a joke.

... day before Amazon said it would be which is great. I have yet to use it but you'll ...
Bought on July 4th delivered on July 8th one day before Amazon said it would be which is great. I have yet to use it but you'll see in the other reviews that it works. The listing got me a bit because I thought I was getting two wipes but its two packets of gel. The packets have the little pre cut things at the top that make for easy tearing. At the top of the package it is heat sealed to a point so that when you do open it the gel comes out of a small opening instead of all over the place. I'm glad I found this as it should come in handy for a jellyfish magnet like myself.

rubbing sand on where it stung helped better than this stuff did
I didn't get stung by a jelly fish but something got me in the ocean twice around my ankles at two different times in one week. Both times, this did nothing to help. I'm not sure what it was (the ocean was rampant with jelly fish in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, AL) but I guess it wasn't them?? Regardless, rubbing sand on where it stung helped better than this stuff did.

Works Great!
My son got stung by a jellyfish, we put on a small amount and with in a couple minutes he said the stinging went away. I was impressed with how fast it worked and it was very easy to cary in our beach bag. We put the rest in a baggy and we have it for another use. I am very happy with this product and will make sure I have it packed for our next trip to the ocean.

So I would not recommend this from my experience
I purchased this when Myrtle Beach had the Jelly Fish invasion this past week of July 31st to Aug 4th.My little granddaughter got stung. We used this Marine Sport Wipe Away Sting Stop and it did nothing.Went to the lifeguard and she sprayed her mixture of vinegar and water and relief came quickly. We showed her what we used and the quote for the lifeguard’s mouth was “that is junk”.So I would not recommend this from my experience.I’m going to try to get a refund. Also the lifeguard recommended after about 20 minutes after she applied the vinegar to rub the sting area with sand to remove the fine little burrs for the jelly fish.We followed through and she was fine as if nothing happened, and back to the ocean.

We used this product on jellyfish stings and a fire coral rash and it worked very well. The jellyfish stings were very minor, but the fire coral rash was large and painful and the product worked quickly to lessen the pain and remove irritants from the wound. I think it is an essential first aid product for visits to the Caribbean.
