Works as it should. People will be more attracted to you lol I swear
It's a pretty simple design, just like all the other posture straps. It's comfortable enough but you should also feel a little uncomfortable. Your shoulders want to slouch like they have for years, so slide this on sort of like a t-shirt or dress if you're a lady, and pull those straps down so they're taut. They should be tight but not painfully uncomfortable. It is nice to wear for a while, if you wear it in public you'll probably notice friends comment on your "vibe". Opening up your shoulders sort of brings your chest up and out so you look confident instead of hunched in on yourself.Even looking in the mirror I was like oh hey mr. broad shoulders.Anyway it's a good simple product. I wear it mostly when I work (sit at a desk for 9 hours a day) but it's also nice to wear out and about. Expect your back to hurt at first as you straighten out.

Way Too Small, Uncomfortable, Need another person to help lace you up
Unfortunately this is NOT for both men and women, I can attest to this.I’m 5’7” male with normal size shoulders and bought this item to correct my slouching and hunched over posture. Immediately putting it on I knew something was wrong. I needed someone else to pass me the straps so I could fasten them into place. Once the shoulder pads and straps were adjusted, my arms were half raised like a marionette and this really limited my arm movements in all directions. After wearing it for an hour, I had severe neck and back pain.Buyer beware, this item does more HARM than good.

Men's XL for rotator injury
From a 46" chest perspective & specifically lack of support between the clavicles.I'm in a very unique situation, but this harness helps alleviate some poor habits related to slouch and improves my rotator positioning while also helping me prevent hyperextension. For a large chest and/or broad shoulder perspective, the back section should be much wider. The straps are long enough, but they are still anchored too close together on your back which pulls more at your pits & pecks instead of helping to keep your shoulders back. The velcro is also very small. The straps will not hold out for long. I plan on finding a wider, better harness.

It actually kind of works
I bought this product to sub in for when I don't feel like asking my husband to stretch some 4" Rocktape across my shoulder blades. I figured it would be worth a try for something I can throw on myself. I have to say, due to the ridiculous number of 5 star reviews, I was very skeptical about the legitimacy of the product. However, it does seem to work somewhat. What it does for me: It prevents excessive slouching. It also keeps the muscles across the front of my chest from being contracted all day-it has helped them stretch out. It also prevents muscles across my back and shoulders from being over-stretched. This is a big improvement for me.What it does NOT do for me: Stretching Rocktape across my shoulder blades actually leads those muscles to engage all day, to prevent the yucky sunburn feeling that happens when I slouch with the tape on. This product does not seem to do nearly as much to strengthen my back. It allows me to "slouch into" the harness, while it sort of holds up my posture--so that my muscles don't need to do much. It also does not hide under clothing--I am rather small, so it may hide better for other folks.Because my skin doesn't like the tape more than a couple of times a month, this is a perfect occasional sub-in because I can put it on myself, and it has enough upside that I'll continue to use it.

Doesn’t work the way it should
This product sits WAY too high in my back. I half feel like it might work and half feel like my upper back will have some serious problems if I keep wearing this. I’m super torn on if I should return or keep trying. The straps sit between my neck and shoulder bone (basically on my clavical) allowing my actual shoulder bones to still roll forward. It feels like it lets my shoulders roll forward and holds my upper back so tight I can berely move. I honestly have to move the straps down onto my delts (top of arm) to really hold my shoulders back... which at that point it’s just so uncomfortable and clearly not how it’s meant to be used. Also the “e-book” is just a few pages stating facts about the back and muscles and how they work. No where on this website or in the e-book does it say this is how to wear it, if this happens don’t use it, and so on. You’re legit just guessing with your back posture and I do not like that

Pain gone after 1 day of wearing
I have been getting these knots in my upper back between my shoulder blades. My back hurt all the time. I was constantly stretching and trying to massage them out myself. I got a professional massage, and it did loosen the knots up a little, but I was still in pain and I realized I needed frequent massages in order to see a difference...which isn't practical and too expensive. So then, I bought this shoulder massager that does Shiatsu massage. I'd put heat on my back for 15 min then use the Shiatsu massager to try to work out my knots each night. It hurt and I was still in some amount of pain throughout the day. Then, I'm thinking maybe my posture is part to blame (or all to blame) so I bought this posture corrector. I wore it the first day (all day) and that night when I took it off before bed I was pain free. I could still feel the knots if I reached over my shoulder, but at least I wasn't in any pain. I'm on day 3 today. I'll check back in a couple weeks to give another update, but so far I'm very pleased. As far a s comfort goes, I can't say it's 100% the most comfortable thing I've worn, but I make sure to were a t-shirt, put the brace over my t-shirt so it doesn't rub on my skin, then I put whatever I'm wearing that day on over my t-shirt. For the price, it was worth it for sure.
