Beautiful chocolate and great for baking , the chunks stay whole on baking making them great for muffins , cookies etc . Very pleased.

I couldn’t get a 1 kg bag, so had to get a 2.5kg bag, only to find it had a very short shelf life. 5 mts. With this quantity as a home back it will go out of date before I can use it. As an expensive item... very disappointed. My tLast bag of 2.5kg milk chunks 13mt shelf life... 🤨😡

I love this in muffins and cookies. Truly heat stable as it didn't melt thereby giving a nice presentation to muffins and cookies. I'm a Callebaut lover and i use so many of their products. I will recommend!!

DO NOT BUY! Product arrived as one big melted slab. Chocolate inside all powdery where the milk solids have separated due to if clearly having melted and set multiple times. No use at all, tastes old and powdery. Have tried reporting it to get a refund/new product sent and no reply.
