An interesting book. I was looking for a some ideas for my sister who since she went back to work 2 years ago often goes on about how fed up she is taking the same old ‘boring’ selection of sandwiches to work every day.I hope this helps :)There are many ideas I can see her tackling, some others that are way too much effort for a lunch break but would be great for making lunch at home.Some definitely need some ‘night before’ preparation, but doable anyway.All in all I think there’s enough in here to boost her choices, a lot I think she wouldn’t even have thought of !!I shall find out more after Christmas ;)

I am so impressed with this lunchtime recipe book! It's a colourful, fun read with great pictures and drawings. The recipes are delicious! And very healthy - which was exactly what I was looking for. I had started to dread the work lunch as I fell into the same old sandwich routine. But now after using the recipes in this book I feel better within myself, I have sustained energy throughout the day and now I look forward to lunchtime!! Hooray! Even my co-workers are interested in what I'm having to eat now. It's small enough to take in my handbag and I love that it's a hardback too. Great value for money. Thank you (:

Only tried two recipes so far but so far so good. It's very much my style of cooking as one of the recipes said for example, "a handful of vegetables" it suggested what veg you could use but if you wanted to change it up you could do very easily. Also through not advertised as vegan book per say some easy and tasty vegan recipes for when i cook with my vegan friend.

I have been looking for a decent book for lunch ideas and i have finally found one. Loads of different types of ideas plus at the back there is a really good meal plan bit. Love this book
