**Q: I can not remove the chrome cap! I’ve tried to pull and turn it but it won’t come up. It feels like it’s going to  snap if I use more force.**
A: Mine requires no rotation. It separates quiet easily. Yours must have something wedged between the chrome and the trap or else the design has been changed

**Q: Is there only one rubber seal to fit underneath, the one I got has no rubber seal for top side inside shower**
A: Only get one Rubber seal for underneath Shower tray. I used some sealant on top side of tray.

**Q: Can you unscrew the top to clean it? I tried to unscrew it like my old one, but it didn't budge?**
A: You can lift out the top section i/e the silver part from the base to clean but it doesn't seem to come apart so you have to clean as best as you can from underneath the silver top as you can get your fingers inside just about to remove any hair etc....

**Q: does the trap have a cup on it**
A: It's a while since I purchased this and I only bought it to use the chrome top part so I threw the rest out. However I'm pretty sure it has a removable cup inside.

We only wanted a replacement for the 115mm diam cover, and had to buy the whole product, but at £7.50 was well worth it. The rest of product ( though we didn't need to use it) looked looked a good quality product
