Terrible product. Cloud does not work. Support is terrible

I got this for my new puppy and her play pen while I’m at work! It’s so easy to set up and does not need constant recharging as it is a plug in! Camera is clear and goes 360!!! I can check my babies food bowl, see if she went to the bathroom etc. You can also hear everything and there is a mic option to talk to your fur baby when you’re away or even useful to control my Alexa when playing soothing music when I’m at work. Definitely would recommend this camera for pets/ babies etc

I got this to watch my dogs when I leave home because we got a new puppy. Once in a while they get into stuff or chew something so I was able to go back on the cloud and discover who did it, lol. I've had this a few weeks now and love being able to move the camera around and zoom in while away from home. This gives me soooo much peace of mind.

This works great. I use it to make sure my garage door is closed! It was easy to set up, and it’s been reliable and maintenance free for 2 years now. Great night vision also.

I have reset it and messed with settings. the camera keeps focusing on our light fixtures or ceiling instead of people or animals moveing in the room. Great picture quality, good sound quality, easy to set up.

I developed seizures a few months ago, so obviously, I need to work with my doctors. We got this camera (and the basic cloud storage monthly subscription) to keep track of me, plus when my Husband is out, he can check in on me.I love how quick it was to set up! Took me MAYBE 10 minutes (I'm kinda slow lol). It has great visual quality and I love that it rotates around the room. The app is fairly easy to use, you just have to sit and play with it for a minute to see what all it has to offer. I love that I was able to section off which part I wanted to download, that was just a seizure, and not a whole hour or more. It seems durable, but it's not like I'm throwing it around or anything. And security wise, it's nice for my Husband to have visual access to make sure that I'm okay. Now if other people can access the camera or cloud, I don't know, but I hope that I'm entertaining to them lol.Give the camera a try, for the price and the customer service.... which is great by the way, they emailed me to set up the warranty for me! As someone with a neurological disorder, this meant the world to me!!! Less confusion for me!!!Customer service is top notch!
