Not sure if it works but it’s cute
It seems like I can stay in the sauna longer when I wear this, but I’m not sure if it’s placebo effect. Keep it out of the sauna (I learned that after the first time). It works better that way! Very cute and fits even my big head. Lol

I am in a sauna everyday for 15 to 20 minutes. The hat protected my head from excess heat.

Need to reorder
Halsa hats are the best. I have a few fun ones but this one is the most popular. If it’s set down someone will grab it and we all laugh. We love the fit because it keeps extra long hair covered, it’s comfortable, and sometimes forget we are wearing it.

Looks ok, not goofy
This hat is less gooy-looking than others I considered, and I appreciate that because locally, wearing a hat at all into the sauna is not normal. The material seems to be real felt, not synthetic. I'm not sure how long these last before they get grungy and need to be replaced, but for now, it is holding up well.

Bought the bucket hat and it developed a hole. The seller reached out and replaced it speedily at no charge. Great service and great hats!

Makes a difference
It actually does allow me to sit in the sauna longer. When I forget to bring it with me to the gym, there’s a noticeable difference on how hot my head and ears get.

Works great
After 30 minutes in infrared sauna, my hair is barely warm now! The only thing I wish they’d do is put a wash instruction tag inside the cap. But no worries, the instructions were on the Amazon site: Wash in cold water and hang dry. Do not put in dryer.
