Great Starter Protein
This is the first protein powder I’ve bought, and I did a lot of research and asked for recommendations from my gym friends before choosing it. I think it's good value for the money and the taste isn’t too bad. As a beginner, I found the flavor a bit off-putting at first, but mixing it with cocoa powder and making a smoothie really helps—it becomes even more chocolatey.Did I see results? Yes! Check the smell mine was off
I love rule 1 protein powder chocolate peanut and salted caramel I have every day mixed with yoghurt. For the first time from this seller i tried chocolate fudge and it was off, smelt weird and gave me a bad stomach. Amazon refunded as sell by date was off. Be careful if it smells werid then I wouldn't recommend eating it.
