Milliput Epoxy Putty White is a two-part, plasticine-like repair compound that requires a 10-minute hand mix to activate. It cures to a concrete-hard, durable finish that can be sanded and painted, making it ideal for versatile repairs on materials like uPVC, plastic, stone, and more. Its slow curing time allows for precise shaping, while its strong adhesion ensures long-lasting fixes.

Brilliant putty for a multitude of repairs
Brilliant stuff. I have used this multiple times for many different applications. Once to create a mount on uPVC doors for alarm sensors, once to fix a stone birdbath, to fix the plastic bodywork on my motorbike, to fix a cracked uPVC windowsill. Each time it was easy to use, adhered well to the item being fixed and was plyable for long enough to be moulded without issue. It's very durable. Easily as hard as concrete; doesn't flake and can be sanded or even painted. I would say that reviews complaining of it not hardening properly have likely not mixed it thoroughly enough. You must mix it like bread dough in your hands for 10 minutes. Don't think "that'll do" after only a minute. It's a two part epoxy putty (often also called builder's putty) and the chemicals in the two putty sticks must be thoroughly mixed to activate the hardening process. Also, wear disposable gloves. It can be a pain to wash off your hands and get out from your nails.

Useful stuff
Excellent product, used it to fix a hole in an acrylic bath tub. Once made up, it has the consistency of plasticine and was ideal to push into the hole because with a bit of pressure it could spread out into the void behind the damaged area before setting rock solid. Slow curing time gives plenty of opportunity to shape it and remove excess material. Unlike a resin based epoxy it does not run it will maintain the exact shape you sculpted. It is not recommended for thin surface repairs and scratch filling, use a resin for that. The two components must be mixed for 10 minutes to fully activate. During this process the putty can start drying out and crumbling but if you add a few drops of water on your fingers it will go back to the plasticine consistency. It washes off fingers with soap and warm water.

A gloriously sticky little miracle
Milliput quietly brilliantโyou end up reaching for it more than you expected. It starts off satisfyingly stickyโideal for actually gripping what youโre fixingโthen sets rock hard and, crucially, waterproof. Splendid for anything from chipped ceramics to outdoor repairs. The texture is smooth enough to shape without a wrestling match, and the white colour dries clean bright white. And the value? Remarkable. A small pack that seems to fix half your life before it runs outโPractical and dependable.

An excellent gap filling adhesive
I got this following searches with ChatGPT for a strong adhesive with good grab to bond hard plastics and fill a 2mm gap. It did this very well. The 2 parts need mixed together very well for at least 5 minutes. Donโt get impatient and stop early. The instructions say 10 minutes. Another I saw indicated 5. Depends on how well you do the mixing. The mixing should be a folding / kneading process. You wonโt see any change in appearance as both parts are white. The mix will become softer. It is quite grabby and cures well and quickly. When cured it is hard and can be sanded and filed.

Good thing to have in the toolkit.
It's very useful for quick fixes on so many things. I've stored the blocks in separate food bags for a long time and they don't appear to dry out or have any separation over time. Is now an essential part of my toolkit.

Bonds to UPVC really well if surface is roughened a bit. Easy to use. Hard to get perfectly flat.
Used to repair a UPVC Back Door that was damaged by a break in. This was a great solution after thinking the door would need replacing as it had been jemmied open. There was significant denting and tearing to the edge of the door in the lock area. Using a Dremmel I was able to cut and grind away the jagged bits and then use the putty to mold into the distorted and missing frame areas. I'm no craftsmen so it wasn't a perfect finish but the door went from being clearly broken in to hardly noticeable unless inspected closely. Great stuff and at the price an amazingly cost effective solution. Easy to prepare and use and tidy up. Can be sanded and ground down once hardened and presumably there are paints that could match it up to the glossier upvc but I didn't bother as its close enough in my opinion. Highly recommend.

Ok, but not easy to use
It does fill cracks in hard plastic and forms a good surface when sanded down but, it's hard to mix, sticking to the pvc gloves you are supposed to wear, but the biggest issue is that it just doesn't want to spread or be smoothed down. It's slightly better if you use a metal spatula and heat that up prior to use, but you are still left with an uneven surface that needs a significant amount of sanding down to achieve a smooth surface to paint over. I wouldn't use it again if I could find something that is easier to use.

Impressed
Never use this product before but I can certainly tell you when you mix the two sticks together. They go absolutely rock hard Great stuff! I had holes in my front door from screws holes. Now you cannot see where the damage was
