Very fast printer
Bought this to replace a dying ink jet. It prints very high quality, and very quickly. Setup was a breeze, just connected it via usb to a computer, and pressed print. It asks a few questions when you start it up (date, time, etc), and then it's good to go. Only does black & white, no photo's, but for letters, etc, thats just fine.

Set up
Initially easy to set up but not very easy to try to understand the instructions. My printer came with no user ID number!

Very happy
Very happy with this product and is a super fast printer. Only slight gripe is I thought the printing would be sharper what with it being Laser.

A4 Paper fiasco
Bit of a problem with this printer. After unpacking, tried to put in A4 paper in the paper tray: it did not fit. Thus, sent it back (after a bit of a tussle, the item cost and postage was refunded).It transpired that the paper tray supposedly takes A4 BUT - and this is the first time I've seen this on such a laser printer - you have to adjust the paper size tray by pressing a blue button on its rear to get A4 acceptance.Sadly, no apparent indication to me about this on stuff shipped with the printer, or in it's PDF, on on its webpage.Sadly, the supplier got caught in the middle of this Xerox failure - but they should mention this 'feature' on their website and Amazon product pages.

Wifi issues
Difficult to connect to the wifi

Quick, quiet, and my wife loves it.
Looked for a good bit. Wanted to bin the 'multi-function' colour inkjet to something better and cheaper.This is a mono (i.e. Black and White / Greyscale) Duplex printer that prints quickly the first page and even faster the other pages.I'm happy, my wife happier ;-)

New printer arrived with a jammed in toner cartridge
I do like xerox printers in general, burt with the B230 I'm a bit unlucky so far.Got the printer, only to realise that the toner cartridge and imaging unit had been pushed in at a an angle and rather forcefully and they wouldn't come out at all.After several by amazon custgomers ervoices to get me in contact with Xerox outside of the support hours they finally agreed to replace the printer.That was on 04/12/2021.The replacement is hopefully arriving by 03/02/2022Then I'm hopefully able to give an accurate review over it's freeatures, as speed and duplex print sound great so far.
