Can I be exposed to the sun when I have used it?

The main ingredient in Stridex, Salicylic Acid, does make your skin more sensitive to the sun. So if you are going to be exposed it is recommended to use sunscreen and reapply throughout the day if you're going to be getting sun exposure for long periods of time.

how long should you leave it on your face for it to work ?

You just swipe the pad across your face. No rinsing.

Is this an exfoliator?

Yes, it is. Its active ingredient is salicylic acid, which is a beta hydroxy acid. Beta hydroxy acids are chemical exfoliators.

Do you guys rinse your face off after applying the pads to your face or do you let it dry off since I noticed it dries really quick? What's best?

To let the product work to its maximum benefit you should cleanse before use. The purpose of these Salicylic acid pads is not to remove makeup but to act as a chemical exfoliate. For best use, cleanse face with a mild foaming face wash, pat dry, wipe on Stridex pad and let dry. wait 5-10 minutes before using your Vitamin-C serum or moisturizer to really let the salicylic acid soak in. If you rinse after using the pad you are not getting any benefit.
