Kingfisher
Seymour at his very best carries the reader through every twist and turn of the plot relating to each of the characters on the way.

Kingfisher
Not exactly a page turner, a plot that builds to a crescendo and to be fair an unexpected outcome. This is the third book I've read of Gerald Seymour and I'll rate it third but it won't stop me buying more.

Three Stars
Not up to his other books. As lackluster as the lives of the protagonists themselves.

Slow and boring
Tried to read this book twice. It's really slow and goes into to much irrelevant detail. Absolutely boring beyond belief. I got to 11 percent and bought another book. Complete rubbish

Another excellent book
Gerald Seymour books are always a first class read. They are so authentic. The detail is always realistic.

Best thriller writer in the world
Typical Seymour nerve jangling from the start with various sub plots coming to a thrilling conclusion

A gripping story of young people's trial and error
I always enjoy Gerald Seymour's books. This one is a gripping story about young people trying to find freedom. He paints his characters well and tells a good story.
