Since the plug falls right through the holder, can I get one that is smaller? Also, the loose cap fell off immediately and was lost

Sorry to hear about you cap. In the directions there is a way to shrink it to get it to fit. You put the cap in hot water. Dry it. Let it cool and the cap will shrink to fit. Please message us directly and we will get you what you need.

Does this include the carabiner clip for breakaway wire?

No it does not include a clip for the breakaway.

The one I ordered did not come with the front part that the power chord clip snaps into. Is there a way to order just that part?

No. It's a piece of junk. I threw mine away and I bought something much much better. (Stromberg Carlson Hitching Post Chain And 7-way Plug Holder ) Look this up. I have one on my RV trailer for years. I was looking for the same thing but couldn't find it because I didn't know the name of it. I found it yesterday and I ordered it for my cargo trailer. It is very very durable and long lasting. I've had mine on the RV for 7 years so far and it works wonderfully

Best addition to your RV!

Adding this little gizmo to my RV was a great decision. It neatly holds my chains, my power cord and the break-away wire, keeping them all out of the mud. I would have given 5 stars but the little clip that holds the power cord is too flimsy. This needs to be strengthened. It does the job, and even comes with a cap for the power cord, but the weight of the cord causes the plastic to droop. I'm concerned with repeated use it will break one day. Installation was super easy... so all things considered, it's worth getting.
