Great product
Product is worth the money works amazing and then you don’t have to pull out the quick disconnect from the tank and deal with all the fuel

Expensive, but no frustrations, and much, much cheaper than paying H-D to replace the whole fitting.
Tried replacing the EFI 0-rings on my Harley by hand, had miserable failures. Finally broke down and bought this kit, and fixed the leaking connection in minutes. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!

Works Well but Expensive
This tool does exactly what it’s designed for and makes the repair much easier. The quality is good, but it is on the pricey side for a specialty tool. Still, if you need it, it’s a reliable option to get the job done right.

Quality tool, but O-rings must be pliable, not carbonized
Even though it didn't remove my carbonized O-rings, it wasn't designed to. I'm keeping it.I purchased this tool after reading GR8 reviews with a few that were questionable, which is expected with any end user tool. My bike, a 2009 Softail Deluxe with less than 7k miles on it developed a fuel leak at the tank check valve. The O-rings hadn't just started leaking, they had carbonized rendering the fuel tool unable serve it's purpose. I'll just put it in a drawer in my tool chest, maybe to help a buddy save shop labor at some point in time. One use of this tool will more than recover it's cost. "Better to have tool and not need rather than need and don't have"

Inadequate
This product promise to make rebuilding a check valve on my Harley and easy quick efficient thing to do. what the advertising doesn’t tell you is that it depends on cheap and inefficient paper clips that break with the slightest amount of pressure and bend prior to breaking good luck not breaking it.the hook made to remove the first O-ring is broken the first time I tried to use it did not remove the O-ring , it could not even grab it the only thing that the first one did was to bring a couple of pieces out on it’s been twisted and snapped paper clip tip. Took forever after creating my own hook To remove the remainder of the first ring. The B hook to remove the second fatter O-ring along with the valve and spring took five long laborious tries before pieces of that O ring came falling out they don’t tell you that they also included in the kit a regular week thin paper clip with some electrical wire shrink wrap on it as a tool to remove any bits and pieces left behind think maybe they knew this was gonna tear the rings apart this 20 minute job that it should’ve been for me turned into 3 1/2 hours and after finally getting the new parts inserted the valve it leaks the same as it ever did. I have a mechanic coming tomorrow who’s going to take a look at it told me these things tend to leave bits of rings in the valve that prevent the new rings from forming a good seal . I do not recommend this product to anybody I probably would’ve been better off with dental tools. The price is ridiculous considering it’s performance please don’t waste your money on this , I gave this one star only because they required me to select one it doesn’t even deserve that

After emailing company, I changed my rating to a 5 Star.
I’d give it 5 stars, but the longer hook (B) wasn’t long enough for Tool (B). Not a big issue, just straighten the end that fits into the slot and it works just fine. Not sure how Fuel Tool missed this. Other than that, it is extremely easy and fixed my issue with fuel spraying everywhere from the old O rings. I keep it in my road kit just in case one of my buddies or someone on the road runs into the same problem.I emailed and received an email back from Mike at FuelTool.com. He thanked me for notifying him of the small issue I had. Trust me, If I can remove and replace the O-rings and valve spring components, anyone can. Don't get in a hurry if you don't grab the old O-rings right away. Take your time and then use the small clip they include in the kit to reach in and check if you already have it loose.

wow, piece of cake.
Extremely simple to use, just remember, that as with all o-rings, after removing the old one, to use a paper clip or dental pick to make sure that every bit of the old o-ring is out of the groove that it seats in. in my case, it took about 20 minutes to rebuild the fuel check valve and fuel line o-ring, simple as can be. The tool cost a lot, but with this tool, you'll no longer dread having to replace an 0-ring.

The tool does not look like the image. It is the same tool(s) that are in the video.
Most - the lower o-ring installation tool worked. Least - the lower o-ring removal tool did not work!I had a very similar experience to “choppersrule”. The shorter "tool A" for the lower o-ring should be calibrated so that it is inserted to the shank. The video looks like he only inserts it about half way. I assume the o-ring is in the same place in every quick disconnect valve. I tried at least 30 times trying different insertion levels and could never grab the lower o-ring. I did pull small pieces of the ring out! I also resorted to using an dental pick to remove what was left of the ring. It was the rubber was very hard. After getting the lower o-ring out, the installation tool did work well to install the new ring. I guess that makes the price I paid for the kit worth it. My leak seems to have stopped, so I didn’t even try to remove the upper o-ring and check valve. If and when I do, I hope it works better than the lower o-ring tool did.
