I've only tried a couple kinds of eye drops, but that's because when I tried something other than Refresh it was a much less pleasant experience and I switched back. These are very mild and feel lovely, no sting or unpleasant sensations. Also, the bottle lasts foreeevvver, so it's a great deal. It doesn't say how many drops are in it, but I would never guess they would last as long as they do to look at how tiny the bottle is (a great size to put in your pocket). I usually have a couple open at once, and if you're only using them every couple days they might last a year. My optometrist recently told me to use these more often/regularly, and he told me two other things that aren't on the bottle - that you can take them up to 8X a day if your eyes are really dry, and that there's never a reason to take 2 drops at once (despite that the bottle says take 1 or 2 at once), because the amount in a single drop is scientifically calculated to be all the moisture that your eye can hold at once and the second drop will just come out as a tear. Also note that despite that the bottle says to throw it out if you haven't finished it in a few months, I have had at least three bottles of this be open/in use for over a calendar year and have still had no problems with using the product or noticed any changes at all - I think this is another case of a health product with an overzealous expiry date just to make you buy more. Recommended :)

Due to some eye issues, I need eye drops. I was using the Refresh plus vials which I was buying by the 100 pk in the US. We only sell 30 pks in 🇨🇦 and now that we don't go there anymore buying Refresh Tears in bottles makes more sense. I find this formulation non irritating to my sensitive eye.

I liked this product overall- felt hydrating and provided me with relief from dry eyes, which were especially irritated in the dry Alberta winters. My optometrist ended up advising I switch brands to better formulas and in particular to products that do not allow air back into the product. He said with this one it will actually go off faster than labelled for dry irritated eyes like mine because the air going back into products like this can introduce bacteria to the product faster. I am giving it 3 stars for this because I trust his opinion but from a user perspective it did provided very short term comfort/relief at least for a few hours after application. I did not continue use as I want to prevent my dry eyes from worsening. The dropper is easy to use, I find it to be quite a large drop. Easiest for me to drop into the corner of my eye and then blink lots to disperse.
