PQQ is said to be a similar but stronger equivalent to COQ10, and at 20mg for 23p/capsule this is a decent price for this ingredient.Unfortunately there is no way to tell if this is having any effect, as this is not a supplement that you will feel working, contrary to the comments from most reviewers here who by definition are most likely experiencing a placebo effect if anything, but the product seems good quality from a reputable brand, and is affordable.

Bought these to give them a try. Didn’t work. Actually I’m wondering if these make me more fatigued. Been taking them daily over 6 weeks with multivitamins, I started having energy crashes.Skipping them out , I feel better.

I'm always happy to use Time Health supplements as they're of consistently high quality. This is yet another good one and a favourite of biohackers. I've been using these for a couple of weeks and found that my energy levels have been improved.

I've bought many supplements from Time Health over the years and they are always very good quality. This was no different.Came in a well sealed recycleable paper pouch with a good expiry date. Capsules were normalish size and easily swallowed and at 1 a day is a 2 month supply. It's also suited for Vegans. I had no nasty side effects from taking the capsules.I've never taken PQQ before, but has similar functions as many supplements I'm currently taking that aid brain fucntion and are anti-imflammatory. I take anything that may help brain functions as it ages, or slows the deterioration of the bodies cells. My Dad had dementia in his early 70's and as I am now in my early 60s I want to try and avoid the same hideous fate.Obviously too early to tell if it will help but the research is promising both for 'anti-aging' and helping diabetic neuropathic pain, and this is a company to trust regarding quality of their ingredients. Very pleased to try this.
