I had some gastrointestinal issues and was in hospital for a good while in August and September. They gave me these which just sit inside your underwear, no fixings to your underwear and no ties around your body so I guess good for the hospital as one size fits all. When I was home again I occasionally need them ‘just in case’ and find they give me a good feeling of safety. They are essentially like an adult nappy but without the ties around the waist. They go pretty high up and back and also the front and because they’re not fixed you can adjust this to suit your problem, if you know what I mean! They are a bit bulky, just like a babies nappy so I wear dresses when I have them on but the main points for me are that they are comfortable, not noisy when you move and provide the reassurance I need.

Definitely do a job as long as you wear proper suitable underwear, the medical pants are useless, very uncomfortable and small made, my wife bought her usual pants but 2 sizes larger, this meant she could safely use the pad for about 8hrs while sitting in her wheelchair without any leakage, loses 1 star as they’re expensive!

I'm very pleased with these incontinent pads and have used them for a few years now.I have various other pads, but find this product far superior.

These are great no leakage enabling good night's sleep without worrying .

Not sure they warrant so many drops , I have been using a lot and they suddenly seem less absorbent , I am currently looking for an alternative sadly because they were good
