Great Product (Very Pleased)
I was advised to purchase this product by the Hotpoint Engineer. I have used this Descaler and De Greaser for a few years and very Happy leaving the washing machine spotless clean and fresh. Wouldn’t use anything else at the moment.

Do not mix with anything else when using this product
My washing machines was thick with lime scale. It was second hand. The first time of using this product got it all off. So easy to use just put it your draw. Instructions are so easy to follow. my washing machine is running so much better and my clothes smell incredible 👌 definitely worth every penny. This will be the only washing machine cleaner I’ll use from now on.

Seems to do what it says on the tin. Noticed some gritty stuff in the filter after which I presume is scale taken off the heater element etc.

Easy to use and very effective in keeping the Dishwasher working
I have used WPRO after it was recommended to me after the dishwasher packed up last year.We ran out last week so ordered more, it works first class gets rid of smells (in hot weather) and descalesplus cleans the machine Overall an excellent product.

Product works well but arrived in a battered state.
Pleased with the product. Have been using this in my washing machine and dishwasher for a few years now and it works well, leaving my machines, clean, fresh and no residue. Easy to use with your machines self clean cycle.However, knocked a couple of stars off this time because of the state the box arrived in!Box completely squashed and falling to pieces. See photos. Thankfully, the sachets inside seem undamaged.
