Optibac Probiotics Immune Support - 30 Capsules

Have been taking these for a few years now and have seen a huge improvement in gut and general health. Would definitely recommend to those who need a boost for their immune system.

I bought this after reading a review of someone who went on multiple long haul flights without getting sick. This product is worth the price, although it is a bit pricey. We all took these from a few days before our trip and continued throughout the holiday. Despite travelling long haul (14+ hours) both ways and spending the holiday with poorly nephews with their overseas germs, no one got sick. I bought the plain baby probiotics from the same brand for my toddler who also remained healthy. We'll definitely continue to use these going forward. The capsules are very small, easy to take and don't leave any aftertaste. Highly recommended.

I purchase these capsules for my elderly mother. She is now three months in to taking the capsules and feels her gut health has improved immensely. She now swears by them. Easy to swallow caplets advised on the instructions to take one a day with water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach in order for the bacteria to start working. Advised to store in fridge. Highly Recommend this product to others.

Good product, not as good as the Optibac every day extra, however this product is more affordable. I’ll buy again.

I wouldn't be without this product. Initially I bought it for 2 reasons; I kept catching every illness going and IBS related issues. It works amazingly on both fronts. My tummy issues have all but disappeared and my illness level has definitely gone down. It's obviously not a miracle worker and I am sometimes still Poorly but not to the extent I was. I have this on subscribe and save, which is great as I don't need remember to order it as I wouldn't panic if this wasn't available! Would recommend to everyone

I read an article about how to minimize the chances of catching something nasty on long haul flights, and these capsules were one of the three main defense points. Four 24 hour+ flights within four months over winter later, having started taking these a few days before the first flight at the start of November, and just finished a couple of days ago, this is the healthiest winter I've ever had! Bought some for my husband too, who failed to continue taking his and ended up with really nasty flu after flight two. I continued taking mine and although he coughed and sneezed all over me for three weeks, I still did not go down with it. Amazing!

My 11 year old has suffered from stomach pain for about two years the GP tried everything from stomach migraine tablets to lactolose pain killers nothing worked until one day we ended up in A&E because the pain was so servere the doctor gave me the impression that she was suffering from ibs so I did some research and thought it might be worth trying probiotics I found these in tesco's and they worked almost immediately she is a different girl no living on pain killers would recommend to anyone. I told G P but she was very dimissive but this is the only thing we have changed.

It's very easy to swallow, I like it as it's gluten and dairy free as I can't have gluten, so its nice to have an option to have.

Bifidobacterium infantis und longum sollen histaminsenkende Eigenschaften haben. Bei den meisten derzeit im Verkauf erhältlichen Produkten sind solche Stämme drinnen, die histaminauslösend sind. Außerdem befinden sich in fast allen Produkten irgendwelche fragwürdigen Zusatzstoffe. Es ist sehr schwierig eine solche Kombination zu finden, also histaminsenkend und gleichzeitig ohne problematische Zusatzstoffe, Füllstoffe, Anti-Klumpmittel, etc. Hier könnte es das Titandioxid sein, wenn es sich um Titandioxid in Form von Nanopartikeln handeln würde, da dieses schädlich für Ihre Gesundheit sein könnte. Ich habe heute beim Verkäufer nachgefragt, aber diese konnten mir dies nicht mitteilen. Dieser Inhaltsstoff wird auf der Verpackung aufgeführt. Update 21.04.2017: Ich habe direkt beim Hersteller nachgefragt und folgende Antwort bekommen: Titandioxid ist lediglich in der Kapselhülle enthalten, aber nicht in dem Produkt selbst. Vom Hersteller wurde mir ausdrücklich zugesichert, dass das Titandioxid, welches in der Kapselhülle enthalten ist, garantiert keine Titandioxidnanopartikel enthält. Nanopartikel sollen im Gegensatz zu einfachem Titandioxid gesundheitsschädlich sein können. Man kann die Kapsel übrigens auch öffnen und nur den Inhalt einnehmen, z. B. mit etwas kaltem Wasser oder Joghurt. Mit Wasser schmeckt es aber nicht gerade lecker und es ist auch schwierig zu vermischen.

I have severe gastroparesis and for as long as I can remember, my GI docs have been telling me to use probiotics but I’ve had a terrible reaction to them every time. Fairly recently I discovered that almost all probiotics have histamines in them and I’m also a MCAS patient. No wonder I’ve had such a terrible time with them. This particular brand of Optibac has no histamines and I’ve done really well with it. I’m on my 4th order now and I hope they never stop carrying it!

Small caplets, easy to take!

Da ich eine Histaminintoleranz diagnostiziert bekam, suchte ich ein für mich passendes Probiotikum. Durch lange recherche, stolperte ich dann in einem Blog auf dieses hier! Muss sagen, dass ich davor schon mehrere getestet hatte, nur leider vertrug ich diese nicht. Da in diesem hier verkauften Probiotikum kaum bis keine Histamin bildende Bakterien vorhanden sind, freute ich mich sehr als es bei mir ankam.. Nach monatlicher Einnahme, kann ich nun voller Freude bekannt geben, dass ich dieses hier vertrage und ich mittlerweile auch mehr nahrungsmittel vertrage! Dazu sei aber noch gesagt, dass ich auch sonst sehr viel für die Genesung meiner HI tue. Super!!
