Needed a new faucet. Went for simple, clean appearance with basic features. Installation was fast and uncomplicated. Knew I would be happy with new piece. Didn't know I would actually be THRILLED. Super quality. Water flow is better. Looks fantastic! And talk about value??!! This is perfect!

This faucet is amazing. It was super easy to install- having never done this before it only took me about ten minutes (after struggling to get the old one out for about two hours).The water pressure is amazing. I love the way it looks in my kitchen. The hose on this unit is a little longer then normal- so filling up my coffee maker or a pot of water just became a lot easier.I love the contemporary modern feel of this faucet- with the brushed nickel it looks amazing and is easy to clean and keep looking nice.The unit is a little flimsy. I think with my husband and I will be fine- I wouldn’t have installed this if I were living in a house with children, a day care center, or a frat house. I do think the average person with average use will do just fine with this product.I do wish the weight for the hose was heavier or that the head itself was magnetic.It’s absolutely not a $200 faucet- I also didn’t pay anywhere close to that either. Less then 1/3!It’s great if you are in a pinch and need a more economical fix or are trying to design on a dime. While doing research I found the biggest complaint was the longevity of this product. Only time will tell, but so far it was an amazing purchase and I have zero regrets.

Update: once the company saw my review they offered me my choice of refund or replacement. I wanted to update my review to reflect the fact that their customer service was superior. No other company has ever done this for me and to me that says a lot about the quality of the company. Their email explained that they stand by their products which are also covered by a warranty and since I am not happy with my purchase they wanted to do what they could to rectify the situation. I got a full refund within 3 hours and I really appreciate them taking the customer service initiative and seeking me out. What follows is my original review of the product, though I must say I may have gotten a defective faucet this may not be how all of them will behave:" it wont rest as its supposed to pour water straight down the next time you turn it on. Instead, it docks itself slightly angled/ajar from its seat so when you turn it on it sprays onto the counter or any person standing too close."The good qualities: its very high so dishes don't smack the faucet, there's a button on the spout to change the water to a spray instead of pouring and it detaches from the main faucet remaining connected by a hose so that you can wash the sink and large/heavy dishes easily. Also the hot and cold water knob is not only accurate but well designed.

Excellent quality and price very well. I was not keeping up my hope high on the purchase but it really deliver. the quality of materials are good and well made. It is not comparible to the much much more expensive brand name one but is very well made and very smooth opreation. It definitely looks worth much more than the price. The price of this is quarter of the equvilent brand one model. No complaint at all. Is a buy if yo uare looking for a good looking, reliable repalcement faucet.

OMG, I can not say enough about how much I love this tap set! Looks beautiful and works even better. There is a rocker lever on the faucet head to switch to sprayer mode. No little button to try and push.I can not give this enough stars! Easy installation. Loved this design so much we bought the matching bathroom faucet sets.

Good faucet that is super easy to install. The best thing is also the issue. It is tall which allows you to use the laundry tub to easily do things like say, wash your dog. Unfortunately, the height also means that it will splash if there is nothing in the tub when you turn it on.

I installed the faucet onto the sink and then installed the sink because of the tight space. Hooked everything up and the cold water line was leaking inside the faucet. This is a manufacturer defect and there is no way it was quality tested. I tried to disassemble the facet to try a repair because I can't wait for a new one to be shipped out. During g disassemble the faucet broke and now it's junk and I'm out the purchase price. Guess this is one of those instants where I should've bought a quality name brand locally. This isn't an Amazon issue as I have been very happy with the vast majority of the stuff I buy, this is on the manufacturer.
