I love this book. It’s adorable with the rhyming pages and a great representation of all faiths and holidays celebrated, there’s even a section in the back describing them all. Super cute. I love reading this one to my son.

I always love how inclusive Sesame Street is while keeping it light and kid-friendly. Very cute and educational. Focuses on what we all have in common.

Focuses more on a general feeling that holidays give, rather than specifics of each holiday. There are write-ups of the holidays at the end of the book, but my 4 year old has no interest in what are more or less footnotes

My son loves this book. It focuses on several different religions/traditions in the thoughtful way that I’ve come to expect from Sesame workshop.

I was hoping this would be a book explaining/sharing the different winter holidays that people celebrate, but it doesn’t. It hints at them and shows an illustration of them but doesn’t share about the holiday for the kids to read. In the back is an educational section for adults to learn and then teach the kids.

My son loved the story and the explanations of each holiday at the end of the book. We used it to learn about the similarities and differences of how people around the world celebrate holidays. His biggest take away from the book was that every culture and religion is the same with how they celebrate family time and eating good food…he loves holiday treats so that was an important standout to him!

By far, the best book to introduce a variety of winter holidays to young kids. Lots of opportunities for learning and messages that despite different holidays, we are connected and celebrate with similar themes. Extra info in the back for parents. Lots of colorful pictures and a cute rhyming story. Kids from 2 years to 9 have enjoyed this book. I highly recommend purchasing a copy.

This has quickly become our new favorite winter holiday book. The illustrations are bright and cheerful, and the message is one of unification. Each double-page has illustrations highlighting a different winter holiday, but the text focuses on the family and love shared, not on the differences, between holidays. At the end of the book is an educational section that gives small descriptions of each holiday illustrated.

Had fun reading this book and I would get more like this
