I see in the comments that it sometimes hasn't arrived with the antenna. Does it come with it or not?

Depends who you buy it from. Most do not supply the DAB antenna as well. Be careful who you buy these from though as some sellers like marcomeggio82 are not honest about the taxes which should be included in the price you pay. They may insist that you pay 20% more tax to HMRC if you are n the UK when your item is stuck at customs or with the courier. Took me over a month to get my money refunded from Amazon because the guy was so rude and unhelpful. Personally I'd never buy from a marketplace seller ever again. I also dislike liars intensely.

Can and external microphone be usef on this for the phone?

The unit comes with a Mic just for that purpose.

Do I have to keep my phone plugged into stereo for Spotify?

No it connects through blue tooth 👍

Will this fit in a Ford Focus zetec ?

It was an excellent unit that I fitted into a boat. If the slot is the same size as your existing unit it should swap over easily. Extracting the old unit can be fiddly but it is all DIY’able!
