I've been taking these for about 6 months now and have found my nails are stronger, my hair is thicker (middle aged thinning on front :( ) not sure if it's helped my skin suppleness but I will keep going with them.

I have been using these for a couple of months now and I think they are starting to help as my nails are less brittle and skin is looking healthier, but no drastic results yet. I don’t expect immediate results as hair and nails and skin wont improve greatly until taken for a long time.The main downside of these are that they are huge! If you can’t take regular tablets, these aren’t for you. If you don’t mind, go for it.

Needed to replace the collagen that we had used and these were so much better! A much bigger dosage, very easy to swallow tablet due to the shape! Worked out to be much more cost efficient!

Had these tablets a few weeks and can start to see a difference in my hair and skin already especially at my age

I didn't find any positive points as didn't use long enough as they gave me terrible constipation - as soon as I stopped I was fine. Just to make sure, I tried again and the same happened. They were easy to swallowed with no taste.

This is my third order of this product and who knows if it is doing me good!! However, since taking my first supply I have been complimented on my hair and skin so I am going to keep taking, silly not to and its certainly not breaking the bank.
