I bought this pliers set to have another set for my downstairs workroom. When I picked one up, I immediately noticed how heavy it was (solid, not wimpy) compared to my existing set. They opened and closed with no binding. The tools themselves are beautiful - especially compared to my 25-year old rusted, old set. They seem like a lot of value for the price. I purchased another set to replace my old set.

I was trying to get product support before leaving a review, but when I click on contact product support, it looks like that page no longer exists.The linesman pliers and the long nose pliers don't fully meet closed. In both pliers the issue is that the cutter meets before the jaws, so the jaws can't close all the way. It's a millimeter gap, which might not matter for most purposes, but these are not precision tools. Other than that they feel solid. I like that they have a roll pouch, but put the tools in the right order, the sections are sized to fit certain tools, I can't put the tallest at the end. And it rolls up, though not nearly as neatly as pictured.I still think this set is probably the best choice for value, a good basic pliers set.

For the price, I like this set. The pliers have a good bite to them and the snippers can cut all along the blades. The wrap that came with them also works well in keeping them organized.
