Very sturdy and durable, nice for trips and on the boat! Used several times and has held up well...knives are sharp!

I got this for my husband for Father's Day. He enjoys going fishing (especially for salmon). One of the great things is that it is also a measuring board to clamp your fish onto so that you see how long it is while using the clamp to de-scale the fish and clean/filet it. The de-scaling tool is great. It makes scaling a fish much easier and I like working with that (yes, I use the tool as well). I also like how the tools store conveniently under the bottom of the board. It does come with a small sharpener, but we haven't had the need to use that, as we have a nice sharpener that we use. It is important to have a good filleting knife that is thin and flexible as well as sharp. This one doesn't hold an edge very long, but it still works adequately. We haven't caught a fish longer than 20", so this board works fine for us. I believe it goes up to 24" in length. We are pleased with this purchase.

This item was a gift for my husband. He has only used it 1 time, so far. He has liked the durability and the availability to store included items on the board itself.

We purchased this because we like to clean our fish by the waterside and needed a flat surface. I love the sturdiness of the base and the fillet knife is very sharp. The scaler was amazing. We were able to quickly ane efficiently scale the fish. The only negative is that it isn't flat. There are ridges for measuring the fish and there is a border ridge. You need a flat surface into order to fillet a fish. This board, unfortunately, does not provide a flat surface.

Have not used the knife but the board is awesome

Easy to use and clean. It’s hollow and a bit light but that’s ok. The scaler and knife are a nice bonus. Scaler worked great. I was expecting the knife to be poor quality but it was actually useful and decent quality. Just use the sharpener that comes with it every few fish. Everything stores nicely.

I think it would be helpful for me on fishing trips, but DON'T ever rely on someone's opinions do YOUR OWN research, and make sure you really need the product and find out if you really have the best quality and very best price
