I love the flavor which makes mouth fresh but not on fire 😂. The alcohol-free is much more gentle with my mouth. I loved it.

Great product! As a registered dental hygienist, I highly recommend Listerine's total care zero. I am not a fan of the burn of regular strength Listerine, so this one suits me. I know that for some people they can have a reaction to it, resulting in tissue sloughing (which is not harmful and is just a temporary reaction to the ingredients), but I find it works very well for myself and for most of my patients, and has the added benefit of fluoride protection. There are various rinses and toothpaste products on the market that can cause the tissue sloughing reaction for certain people, it's not just this product. It's all about finding the right product that works for you in taking the best care of your mouth. I have had very good feedback and seen great results with regular use of this rinse.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT

Well, it seems to work great. I hate mouthwash and have never used it, but I know I should. This one has no alcohol so it's a bit easier to handle.It still burns, though. I can't swish for a full minute yet. It hurts too much still.But the bottle says it gets easier.I was having a bit of a little issue with a bit of my gums, like maybe it was going to turn into an infection. I used this twice one day and once the next day and my gums looked totally fine again.However, this stuff is totally icky. I absolutely hate the taste. I think it's the basic formula of Listerine, the stuff that actually makes it work, that I just can't stand. It's like wintergreen and other icky tastes. I had tried another of the alcohol free versions (the all natural one) and it was just as icky. So I really think it's the important stuff.Like all mouthwashes (and toothpaste too) you have to wait 30 minutes to eat or drink anything. It takes about 15-20 minutes for the icky taste to dissipate.I think it's one of those things, if you want to have healthy teeth and gums, you just have to suck it up and swish.Bottom line? It works, it just tastes awful.

That's my #1 praise of this product. Unlike most mouthwashes, there is no burning! I suffer often with a dry mouth, and this mouthwash doesn't do anything to make that issue worse. Plus, it has fluoride - which my dentist highly recommends. This is the product they use in their practice, and I really like itlHighly recommend!!

My dentist reccomended this to me as it fights cavities and kills germs for bad breath. You don't have to choose between the two. Does not burn too much and leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh.

It's Listerine, this isn't rocket science. It works-- the zero alcohol is way less harsh than the regular-- that's basically it. It's good stuff.

This product was making a layer of the skin on my gums and cheeks slough off/peel every time i used it. My mouth became super sensitive to salt and when i did some research online I found out this was common in some people and they too stopped use. I called customer care to tell them what has been happening to me and they were amazing and sent me a refund for my bottle. Probably works great for some people, but the woman on the phone helping me said it can have a reaction occasionally with some people.
