I bought these on the recommendation of a friend, who despite being a bit too enthusiastic about cross-fit, does keep his body pretty tight. I am usually skeptical about the efficacy of supplements and how expensive my urine is. However, I am trying to get in my best shape possible for my upcoming wedding. My previous plan of putting in 25K steps a day was working great but just took way too much time! Anyway, I started these about a month ago and I have to say, coincidence or not, its been a good a month! Some observations:[1] I’ve been putting more emphasis on trying to run or bike more often. I’ve tried this in the past but always feel like after one run, Ive collected so much lactic acid in my legs that I need a full week until my legs want to try that again. This past month, I feel like my recovery after exercise is on a whole different level. I’m up to 2-3 runs a week with an additional 3 bike rides on off days.[2] On a similar note, I’ve been feeling like I have way more energy in the mornings. I always thought my morning sluggishness was due to a lack of motivation and possibly reading the news. I don’t think anything has changed to motivate me more and I can definitely confirm that the news is just as depressing as ever.[3] Probably related to the previous two points, I’m getting faster. I am marrying a Cheetah - No, seriously, the girl is stupid fast and has way too much energy. While I’m still no match in longer distances, I recently, for the first time ever, beat her in a 5K (I went sub 20 minutes for the first time ever). Needless to say this has only helped my mood. [Also, a Cheetah may not be the best analogy here][4] I seem to be having less gas. This seems unlikely to be due to the vitamins but I thought I’d throw it in because as you can imagine, both I and my fiancé is pretty excited. So success...Anyways, I’m not sure how much of this is due to the vitamins but I will be buying more of these!! (Unless my fiancé finally tells me the secret stuff she’s taking - maybe its these)

The baby was terribly sick, I knew that much. Our thermometer wouldn't read right. He wouldn't take nothing by mouth. He was fussy and crying. His mouth was a bright pink like his cheeks and his head felt hot in 93 degree weather. I knew it had to be bad.We got these from Amazon as a precaution. I never imagined we would need them. After reading the dosing chart, I inserted them. (Keep them in the fridge they melt fast and are hard to insert once melted) He didn't like that very much, but I figured he would have to get over it. I put him in his car seat and rushed to the ER which is 40 miles away. We had the windows open, but in the summer, the night air never gets too cool in the south.The whole way there I kept touching his head. I was driving as fast as my poor little beat up Buick would go, which isn't very fast uphill anymore. Between cussing at the car and fretting over the baby I got to the hospital. I walked in with him in my arms. The nurse whisked him into triage and took his temperate. It registered 105.5 from the rear even though I had given him the medicine an hour earlier and he was cooler in my arms. She rushed him in the back where they gave him medicines and treated him well. I can't imagine if he hadn't had this medicine in him at all. He may not have made it to the hospital.The doctor said it was viral pneumonia. It seems babies can get it very sudden and very sever. I am happy to report he has made a full recovery and is just as ornery as ever.

Purchased this and the product arrived 2 days late. However, b/c I had skin problems (cellulitus) I took 2 capsules in the morning and two at night. By day 3 I seen dramatic improvements. My skin was peeling on the back of my index and middle finger. The skin would not heal, it appeared to heal but when I moved my fingers the skin cracked. I tried all kinds of natural products and nothing worked. After investigating what could be the problem I found out the I needed to take K2 with D3, D3 alone would not heal my problem. I tried a D3 cream and still this did not help. But by day 3 I was amazed at how my skin closed and sealed was elastic like it was supposed to be. I just wish this was not so expensive, but in all honesty it was worth the money. By expensive I mean almost $20.00 per bottle. Normally it is suggested that you take 1 capsule per day, with 60 capsules in the bottle.Do yourself a favor, if you have skin problems buy this product you will not regret it.

This tastes really good, so I just squirt it directly in my mouth. I bought it to help boost my immune system, and it's kind of hard to gauge how effective a supplement is...I mean, I'm really just hoping it helps and I feel like if the taste is pleasing, and it only takes a few seconds to drink, then it's far more likely that you will take it and benefit from it. This also has vitamin C in it so that is a bonus in my book.Edit: When I went back to reorder it, they have raised the price by $2.00 in just over a month so that was disappointing. I will probably see if I can get this or something similar locally.
