They’re solid so far
The media could not be loaded. Bought two of them. Made a makeshift cable machine. Works decent so far.

Works fairly well
I needed this while doing physical therapy for a shoulder injury. It did make it easier to do my band exercises but the levels were not exactly where I needed them. It seems pretty secure on a door and it hasn't come undone yet! Good value for the money.

Surprising exercise equipment
Hard to find a door with space behind it for full motion. It has to be a door that close in and now mounted on doors that swing outwards if that makes any sense. But once it’s setup, it doesn’t pop off the latch even with the two heavy straps used together.

Great system
Working on physio from shoulder replacement and this gives me a great variety of exercises..Easy to set up. have to tighten a bit as it stretches a little.Great stretches and exercises for me.

Flimsy product. Wouldn't even have 5 pounds resistance
The product I received was flimsy and totally wouldn't even have 5 pounds resistance let alone the advertised 150 pounds resistance. Surprisingly it has a number of 5 star reviews, however all seem to be from Canada, so not exactly sure what's happening. If you are from India though, avoid.

Good quality equipment
I love this set. Would be nice if it had 2 ankle cuffs and a couple more snap couplers, for convenience sake. That’s the only reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5.
