Great quality product and does what it should!
This is my first grout float (keen DIYer, although for some reason I've always previously stumbled through with one of those rubber card type spreaders) so I can't compare to any others, but it's well made and worked perfectly for me.I was re-grouting a mosaic tile band in a pool. Not an easy job made harder by the old grout being mostly but not entirely gone (some was sound so still in place). The float worked well, very little sign of use after several hours use. At this price can't go wrong.

Pretty good value for money
Pretty good value for money float although I managed to bend the metal plate whilst trying to spread some grout that had started to set. I would recommend this to the enthusiastic amateur but not for a professional.

Reliable and durable
For the price you cant go wrong, makes grouting much less of a chore.Pretty hard wearing too, used for several weeks tiling and still as good as when it was first used.Easy to clean.I would definitely buy again!

Broke the first time I applied grout to the tiles
To be honest, I might have been unlucky, but the item arrived looking pretty shoddy in quality, but I figured you get what you pay for right, and this was a pretty budget price, and I only needed it for one use, not a pro tiler that's for sure. However was really disappointed and annoyed that literally after loading it up with some grout and starting to applie it to the tiles the handle came off (screws just sheered out of the aluminium plate that the handle was mounted to) with no way of reattaching it). With my grout ready mixed and in danger of going off, I had to resort to using it without the handle which wasn't ideal, but ~I got the job done in the end. Real shame this happened, as without the handle it worked (just about), but with it still attached it would have done a great job. As I say, might just have been a duff one, but it was proper dodgy the moment I opened it, so begs the question whether someone should not have sent it out in the condition in the first place really. Take your chances with this one I'd say.
