Flamefield CWK0116 Colours 16 Piece Melamine Dinner Set

I bought two sets of these for our outdoor anniversary get together. They are lightweight and the colours are lovely and bright, however, the large plates are extremely thin and one of them arrived with a two inch crack in it and I couldn’t find the seller’s details to complain. Also you can’t use the cups for hot drinks, which is what we bought them for. So all in all I’m not really happy with them.

I bought this set twice. The first set went on holidays in the caravan with us. Great sizes. Easy to clean and are lightweight. We left the set with the Caravan when we sold it. So it was a no brainer when it came to supplies for our new caravan. Very speedy service from the supplier. Despatched efficiently and timely.

4* might be unfair because the service is great, just what we wanted. It is really the melamine that's always a bit difficult to clean, particularly after using for a mug of tea. But it is what it is light weight, quite robust unlike a China service. Its ideal for our campervan. The fact that there's differ colours is also good when trying to cut down on the washing up because each person can identify what they've already used!!

Brilliant set for our camping holiday. Lovely bright cheerful colours and sturdy enough for big meals and very hot tea! Excellent value for money.

Looks great but some items (plates) not as robust as others. Also, as noted in other reviews, it says cups - even though seem more robust - should not be filled with boiling water. Great fun camping set but not good enough to be a gift for anyone.

The whole set is just wonderful. It was boxed perfectly the plates all arranged neatly in the box and the colours are amazing. My Mum loves these to bits and is so thrilled. Thankyou

The set is really useful snd lightweight too. Can wash up in the dishwasher although we don’t. Only thing is you can’t use boiling water in the mugs

People should know the facts about this product and the customer service we received.We were initially thrilled to get 'dishwasher safe' plastic ware for our patio. The product arrived.... but... the 'dishwasher safe' that was initially advertised (and our sole reason for buying this product) was now 'top shelf on low heat' which, based on the size and dimensions of our dishwasher, was definitely not going to work for us. So ...we started the return process, seeing how to send the unopened, falsely advertised product back for a refund.After a few exchanges, it was determined by the unscrupulous vendor that it was now our problem, we needed to read the 'fine print', and we needed to pay the return postage, which totaled SEVENTEEN POUNDS!!! Wow.Completely unimpressed, Terrible.People should know the facts about this product and customer service. Now we all know. Spread the word, please.
