I purchased the LuvLink Modern Long Distance Lamp as a gift for my best friend who moved across the country. The lamp is stylish, and the setup was straightforward, thanks to the LuvLink app. It's been fun creating our secret color codes, also just lovely way to let each other know we're thinking of one another. The unlimited color options and connections are so great!! I appreciate that I can send colors on the go as well. I've had no issues with it thus far. Overall -- highly recommend this product for anyone looking to stay connected with loved ones in a unique and meaningful way. Beautiful product!!

*EDIT*I was sent another lamp free of charge but, it too, is broken. I have the lamp set to dim in 1 minute but when I tap to send my color it stays solid for hours. The swirl animation I chose also isn’t happening and I’m getting alerts via the app that my friend is sending her color but it doesn’t show up on my lamp. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting, I’ve downloaded the firmware, I’ve reset it to factory settings and tried again but it’s still not functioning as advertised. Such a major disappointment and now it’s too late to request a refund.Don’t waste your money! I was so excited to get these for my best friend and myself. Set up went fine and we got connected and had fun for about 2 days tapping back and forth when mine decided to completely stop responding to touch. I contacted Luv Link customer support, they had me send the Mac ID and they tried to fix it, but no luck. They said it was strange and that they’d not encountered this problem before (lies). I sent the lamp back to Amazon and requested a replacement. Got the replacement set up and working — for a few days. Now, it constantly disconnects from the group, stays solid yellow, AND has stopped responding to touch again. It’s a useless piece of dim yellow junk. I’d give this 0 stars if I could. The price is WAY too high for something that isn’t even heavy enough to function as a paperweight.

My mom and I got this, as I’m away for college. Works perfect! No issues. Easy set up, easy to work! Never had any issues and we’ve had it for a month now !

The media could not be loaded.  EDIT- The company contacted me and replaced the lamps! Great customer service. Thank you!!I purchased these for myself and my kids. There are 5 households spread out from Miami, FL to Durham, NC. I am absolutely thrilled when someone taps the lamp. It brings me such joy to tap and then sit back waiting for a flurry of color. BUT within a month two of them have lost the touch/tap ability. They can only respond through the app. And mine lights a pale green AT LEAST once a DAY and the only way for it to shut off is to tap it or do a firmware update.

This is super easy to use and such a perfect gift! I love these lamps & recommend them to everyone! I personally use them for long distance friendships & for my long distance family members but they work amazing for anything! So cute & worth the money

It will go off in middle of night and will not go off I'll unplug it plug back in and still on it works when it wants to it seems
