Melted from inside
Burning pine soft wood nothing out the ordinary and was swept every year. Lasted 3 years. They wouldn’t replace the one length and we can’t trust shield master again so we ended up replacing the whole flue. Be careful or you’ll buy twice. Have since been told it’s only rated to a 450 degrees and advised to look for a higher rated flue.
