Very! It's a sticker that you stick to the outside of your sock.

Q: Whay shoe size are they for?

I wear size 7 and they are fine but I would say they would fit most sizes. Hope this will help you.

Hand or foot ones pouches thar stay warm if you hold them or keep them in pockets etc - heat back up when you hold them again top up to 10 hours

Q: Are these comfortable enough to wear whist hiking?

I brought these to give to film crew and cast whom were working in extreme cold conditions for long hrs. Some of the packets worked very efficiently for 10 hrs plus. Others reported the packets not getting to warm and difficult to remove from shoes when product expires. This issue was solved by leaving sticky adhesive paper on. Overall a really good product that helped keep the toes warm on those -3 night shoots. Even used as hand warmers or were ever people felt cold they would put the packets. Not that the warmers are recommended for else ware
