Product Description Some vegan and vegetarian diets can be low in protein, and the protein can be of a low biological value. 90+ Vegan allows you to get pure protein with a high biological value, without the need for animal products.Nutrisport 90+ Vegan is a low fat, low sugar powder isolated from peas, contains No Animal Products and No Cholesterol.Pea Protein contains all of the essential, non-essential and branched chain amino acids. Vegetables can be very high in protein but tend to be limited in certain essential amino acids. Pea protein is unusual in having a good balance of amino acids, similar to that of animal proteins.Pure Rice Protein Isolate (34%), Pure Pea Protein Isolate (33%), Pure Soya Protein Isolate (33%)Pea protein is not associated with fat or cholesterol, as is the case with many animal based proteins. Pea protein has one of the highest Lysine contents of all vegetable protein - this amino acid is important in maintaining lean muscle mass. It also has the highest content of Arginine of all commercially available proteins. Indications Add 4 heaped dessertspoons (50g) to 1 pint of water. For best results use a blender or shaker.

Basic protein
Bland taste but easy to mix with other flavours. Good basic protein, will buy again

Good quality and taste
4 stars because I had to but smaller package of 2,5 kg because Nutrisport sells 5 kg overpriced and not competitive pricing.This 2,5 kg protein powder came with dirty lid inside and outside after the opening, (see the photo above). I don't know if someone manipulated with that or if it happened during transport of delivery. But I had to dispose a lot of powder because of that and lost some value of my shopping. Plus extra cleaning and unwelcome surprise.Weight is exactly 2,5 kg plus weight of packaging. This company does not cheat weight content.Vegan protein taste is acceptable for an unflavoured version and mix well with water or milk with my shaker.

Tastes poop but works a treat.
This is great value and no animals were harmed in the making of this product.I'm personally not using it for muscle gain but more for getting stronger, healthier and losing weight. So far it has worked a treat and I will definitely be purchasing more.

This product is a bit powdery and doesn’t mix perfectly however other than that it is a great product and is well worth it for the price point

Good Vegan Protein
I've tried quite a few vegan proteins over the past 20 years and now beans are being used to blend vegan protein i find the tast of unflavoured vegan protein much better and mixbility. And this is my favourite unflavoured vegan protein currently - good with oatmilk, bit of instant coffee and maybe a toffee flavour drop and you get a very nice latte style protein shake :-) Its a winner.

Nourishing
I add this to fruit smoothies, porridge, stews, sauces, soya mince. You add the flavours of your choice. I make it up the night before and put in a big lidded jar for the smoothies and add soaked (jellified) chia seeds as well, coconut cream and sometimes soya custard and erythritol sugar or soya yoghurt after I eizzed the fruit and then wizz in the blender again.

Does the trick for shake and bake! (Vegan)
I will first address the issue that a few people have had in regard to the name of the product, 90+. 90+ refers to the grams of protein you get from the recommended daily amount, not 90% protein. The product is actually 70% protein.Now that is out of the way I can get on with my review.I purchased this product some time ago as I was noticing I was well under the daily protein recommendation and decided to add something to give me a bit of help.This powder is an acquired taste, it is very chalky and grainy! I have found the best way to resolve this is just to man up and get over it, its only once or twice a day you have to take it and you soon get used to the taste. For the price you pay this is superb value and I could not fault it.I chose the vegan option as I have issues with too much dairy products and foods and found this to be a superb powder for both drinks and for cooking. If you dont want to make this in to a shake you can find plenty of recipes online to use this to make pancakes, protein bars, cakes, loafs, etc..All in all I am looking at buying again as I am getting a little low on it!
