Sturdy enough, reasonably priced hole-less seed trays.
This review is for the HOLE-LESS TRAYS - Bought these to put small seeded flower pots and sectioned seed trays in (surprise, surprise!) they will be handy to carry pots from indoors to coldframe (when it warms up a bit) & being holeless I can water beneath the pots and trays, handy if needed for really small tender plants. They are just the right width to sit on my windowsills. Not sure I would trust larger, heavier flowerpots in them if carrying - you would need something sturdier for that. - But good price for what they are.

waterproof seed trays
I start plants off in small pots on window sills when weather outside still miserable. Can make a mess, even if using cardboard or plastic to protect the paintwork. This year I tried putting the pots in these trays. Instant improvement, can water pots without worrying about dirtying and wetting window sills. And trays are robust enough to carry the resulting plants out to the greenhouse en bloc. Have just ordered some more as next year will expand the regime.

OK but flimsy
These trays are ok for the price and will do for now. I needed solid seed trays to be able to water and move multiple pots with seedlings around. They don't have holes, which I was looking for, so that's good. They are very flimsy and don't feel like solid plastic. The trays bend when lifted with one hand even with just 6 small pots in (see pictures), so I will need to be very careful when moving full trays around.

Ideal for indoor use
At this time of year I like to grow microgreens and baby salad leaves indoors but trays with holes pose a problem and I was soaking the wooden inner window ledge on a regular basis so I bought these and the issue is solved. Obviously you can't overwater as you'll rot the seeds or baby plants but spraying them daily is fine. It's hard to get trays in the supermarket at this time of year as the `seasonal' aisle has become crammed with chocolate santas and biscuits in the shape of christmas trees (sigh) so it's good to be able to get these online at a fair price.

Seed trays, what could possibly go wrong?
It’s a seed tray, what could possibly go wrong? Background: not the best gardener in the world.I ordered these seed trays to, drum roll, grow seeds. They arrived as promised – sweet – 1 star in the bag. I opened up the box, all good, seed trays inside and roughly the size I’d envisaged – 2 stars. Now, what could possibly go wrong?Firstly, I filled them with soil, so far so good. Next, I crushed some fertiliser on them—not overly a fan of that, some bits looked a bit like…best not go into that. I then applied seed and some left over potting stuff (note gardener terms). All good – three stars.I had seeds. In trays. What more did I want?Let me tell you.I wanted holes—drainage holes. Not sure if seed trays are supposed to come with drainage holes, but I needed them because after a few days, well, my carefully planted seeds were swimming.Oh well. A nail sorted it.I’ll stretch to four stars because they were good value, and they now have holes. All good in the hood.
