Yummy, healthy recipes
I’ve been following the “Dizzy Cook” for some time and have tried a number of recipes she has posted. I’m no slouch in the kitchen and have modified a number of my old recipes to eliminate my personal triggers but it is really nice to have a cookbook with recipes that are perfect already. The Mediterranean diet is such a healthy plan and the recipes are flavorful and easy to make.

Helping me take back my life in a tasty way!
Reintroducing cooking into my life following my brain injury has made for a bumpy road; add to that the fact that I live with debilitating daily migraine, and I'm often left with a recipe for disaster. Ha, pun intended. But then I found the Super Easy- Egg Casserole by The Dizzy Cook.It was my grandparents 67th wedding anniversary and I wanted to host a brunch for them to celebrate. But, seeing as I am just getting back into the kitchen after many years away following my TBI, I knew I needed to proceed with caution.This recipe called for delicious ingredients and only had a few simple steps, making it Super Easy like she claimed. This book features beautiful pictures, detailed directions with additional tips for anyone trying to make adjustments to how they cook for their health. The Mediterranean Migraine Diet Cookbook guided me in making a fabulous meal that my entire family enjoyed. I am excited to use this fantastic book in my next culinary adventure.As Always, Happy Reading!

A Must Have
I have been diagnosed with vestibular migraine. Whether or not you are following the “migraine” diet, this cookbook is a must have. It is full of totally do-able recipes that, in many cases, require ingredients that you probably already have. No exotic or expensive ingredients needed. Every recipe I have made has turned out delicious and exactly as expected, and I just cannot decide what to make next. I have many, many cookbooks, and this is the one I use consistently. Get it, you will not be disappointed.

Lifesaver!
Being newly diagnosed with vestibular migraines I purchased this book before even seeing Dr. Beh who co-authored this with a patient. I initially had so many diet restrictions I would have been totally lost without this cookbook! Very good information as well as recipes. Cooking became part of my rehab as I was so limited in what I could tolerate activity wise, and provided me with purpose while building my tolerance for standing, movement, etc. The recipes are delicious!
