Very easy to assemble. I bought my wife a Giant LaFree for $2100 and this Totem Cruiser for me at $999 on sale. So far this bike performs as well or better than the higher priced bike. It also has more features and has a better battery life. This is my second e-Bike and I love it!

The quality of this bike is very high for the value. Most E-Bikes several thousand dollars with similar functions. This is my first bike with motor integrated into the crank and so far it is great. I can still ride just like a normal geared bike when I want with no resistance from the motor. The last e-bike I had with a rear hub motor had resistance when not using the motor. The controls and assist adjust are easy to use. The bike is a little heavy with the battery installed, however its easy to remove the battery for transport. Their customer service was also amazing. Reached out over an issue with the front tire and they responded within an hour and helped me correct the problem quickly. I will update this review as I start using the bike more. So far though it has exceeded my expectations!
