Great brush for small money
The media could not be loaded. So far so good. The metal core (aluminium?) Is quite soft so be careful and do not press to strong. Apart of that the brush is superb and helps to reach and clean rims deeper.

Does the job! - Be careful with handling though.
For the price, you really can't go wrong. It has enough bristles to be able to clean the wheel effectively and is comfortable to hold. I find the brush very easy to clean however you shouldn't expect it to stay clean after the 1st wash depending on the state of your wheels. The brush does possess a nice flexibility given the metal core which makes it good for cleaning round the disk & caliper. The only caution I would advise is to be careful with handling the brush if you respect your wheels. The core of the brush is metal with no capped tip. If you go tip first against the allow you're likely to put scratches in so make sure you're using the bristles to clean and be sure you're not driving the tip into the back of the wheel barrel.

Excellent Well Made Wheel Detailing Brush
This small detailing brush is just Amazing. I am so so pleased with it. I have bought numerous brushes and pads for cleaning my alloy wheels over the years. Most of them rust and disentegrate over a short period of use or they end up scratching the alloys. Then I saw these and as I was getting a brand new Lexus ES with diamond cut Alloys I didn't want to get another one of these rubbish detailing brushes. I saw these and I thought these are reasonably cheap. I will give it go. I purchased one and it is just amazing how good it is. The brush is made of soft plastic and therefore wont rust and it is strong enough to go through the alloys spokes. I was so pleased with this purchase and my quest to find a good well made alloy detailing brush I went and purchased another one for my wifes car.....although she doesnt clean the car, I do. Honestly this is an excellent product and before you ask I have nothing to do with the firm that makes it or distributes I just felt I need to tell people about it

Great for wide wheels, just need to wear eye protection
Much better qulaity than expected. No bare metal, soft bristles that remove the dirt easily. I use this for the three cars in the family and it works well on all - especially the car with wide (235's) wheels - where a 'normal' wheel brush is not long enough. I just wet the wheels add a dab of car wash along the lenght of the brush and give then a good scrub before rinsing for an effective clean. As other reviewers have said it does flick the dirt off so eye protection (sunglasses will do) is a good idea. Great value and have used this several times no obvious signs of wear.

A good brush for less than £3.00
Not a bad brush for less than £3.00. Can't understand some reviews complaining that it has an unprotected metal core. Of course it has, that's how twisted wire cored brushes are made. How hard are you rubbing the brush into the alloys to cause damage? That's a numb nut user fault, not a product fault.Only one issue with the brush is that Amazon package it in a flat pack. You receive it as a squashed flat brush with the bristles totally distorted and ruined, or so it would appear. Here's the tip, hold it over the steam from a boiling kettle (not too close) and the steam softens the bristles allowing them to pop back into a cylindrical shape. Brush fixed and ready to go.

Good brush for getting into the barrel
Bought this as I needed a spare for my mobile kit bag and this one was good on price and after testing the brush it's good for getting behind the face of the alloy into the barrel and brake disk and if you are gentle on the face of the alloy but I wouldn't use it for that as you really need a good woolly for that.Delivery as prompt and I would recommend this to anyone like me that needs a spare or if you are just getting into detailing

Could be better but it's cheap!
Works well to clean the wheel and don't think it's scratching. Plastic protector at the tip is good to stop accidentally scrating your wheels. I have alloys with a tight gap between some of the spokes and this won't fit inside becouse of the tip protector so that's a minus for me and the bristles seem to hold the dirt even after rinsin clean and after only using once on fairly clean wheels. I don't think it will last long but the price compared to some other brushes I wasn't going to expect the best.

Excellent Value for Money.
I've struggled to find a decent, aluminium, wheel cleaning brush for several years. I purchased the Silverline item, through a recommendation on the Mazda MX5 Owners Club Site. The length of the brush enable the full width of the wheel to be cleaned and the stiffness of the bristles enable the wheels to be cleaned effectively.Time will tell as to whether the wire, stem section will be robust enough to cope with the inevitable bending that wheel cleaning generates!
